TGP Membership Agreement

This agreement is between TGP, a dental group purchasing organization, and member practices.

1. Membership Eligibility

Members acknowledge agreement to terms by completing registration. Membership is available to dental practices, clinics, and related entities meeting TGP's established criteria.

2. Membership Benefits

Members receive:

  • Negotiated discounts on dental supplies, equipment, and services from approved vendors
  • Access to educational programs, webinars, and resources
  • Networking with other member practices
  • Additional benefits determined by TGP

3. Membership Fees

Membership in TGP requires payment of a monthly membership fee. Practices must pay promptly upon registration and monthly thereafter.

4. Vendor Relationships

Members understand TGP has established vendor relationships and agree to utilize negotiated contracts for procurement while complying with vendor-specific terms.

5. Compliance and Quality Assurance

Members must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards for dental products. They must also follow quality assurance requirements from TGP or vendors.

6. Data Custodian and Faliam Platform

Members automatically enter a SaaS agreement with Faliam. Members own their purchasing data, which TGP is authorized to use for statistical analysis, GPO functions and other similar purposes as Data Custodian.

7. TGP Service Fee

Effective January 1, 2026 TGP shall assess a 4% service fee on the net total of each order, excluding shipping, handling, and taxes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate by canceling subscription and membership.

9. Governing Law

The agreement follows California law without regard to conflict principles.
